We had the pleasure of seeing Jeff Arcuri here. The Wiltern is an awesome building, but for us, it wasn’t the building that stood out, it was the amazing people at guest services. We had called the day before to ask for an ASL interpreter for the show and we were told we would get a call back soon to see if they could get one. When it was time to head in for the show, we still hadn’t heard from them so we went over to guest services to ask. They had no idea what we were talking about and hadn’t heard of the phone call. I really hope I spell her name right, but Rebecca went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had an interpreter for the show. As soon as we asked, she took action and got on the phone to make sure we had an interpreter for when the main act came on and she saved the day. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time. So thank you Rebecca from guest services. You are awesome!!!

A fun historical spot to see a show in L.A. Bar is spendy, but lines were small even though it was close to sold out.

I wanted to write this review for Carmen, the woman who coordinates the ADA seating at The Wiltern. She's a Rockstar! My friend and I attended the I.M concert on 8/31, my aunt bought me tickets. Sadly, there were no ADA tickets available even she bought them. After doing some research and calling The Wiltern, I was told it would be possible to accommodate me if I came early enough. We arrived half an hour early and spoke to guest services. I was able to come in a bit early but only because of my walker. Once inside, Carmenhad us wait at the side until does open. Once they were open she took us in before everyone else, made sure we knew where the ADA accessible restrooms were, and that we were comfortable. Even when I went to the restroom, she saw me in the lobby and escorted me back. She showed us a shortcut out at the end of the show that would be quicker and easier for us. She was very helpful and genuinely a lovely person!
